Agreement to Terms

By accessing the systems provided by Helium Data Solutions FZE ('Helium'), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Helium regarding your use of our predictive growth engines and data synthesis services.

Intellectual Property

All proprietary algorithms, data fusion engines, algorithms, selective Homomorphic Encryption, and autonomous logic loops remain the exclusive property of Helium Data Solutions FZE, DSY Holding FZE and DSY Nevis Holding LLC. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to act upon the 'Directives' provided, but may not reverse-engineer or extract the underlying architectural features.

Operational Latency & Output

While our systems aim for mathematical finality in synthesis, all predictive growth outputs are delivered as actionable logic for professional execution. Helium is not liable for outcomes resulting from the implementation of autonomous directives within third-party environments.

Jurisdictional Governance

These terms are governed by the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC). Any disputes arising from the use of Helium infrastructure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the DIFC Courts, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Liability Limitation

Helium Data Solutions FZE provides 'as-is' data harvesting from different sources. We do not warrant the absolute accuracy of public data signals and shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from data-driven synthesis.

Governance

All operations are regulated under the DIFC regulatory framework, Dubai, UAE.

Enforcement

Violation of proprietary logic licensing will result in immediate termination of the contract.

Amendments

Helium reserves the right to update these protocols without prior notice to reflect system iterations.
