Helium Data Solutions (HDS) is a Free Zone Establishment (FZE) registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. All services provided are governed by the laws of the UAE and the specific regulations of the registering Free Zone.
2. Scope of Service
HDS provides bespoke market data sourcing, AI modeling, and cybersecurity consultation. We do not guarantee specific financial returns; our tools are designed to provide high-probability outcomes based on proprietary signals.
3. Data Sovereignty
Clients retain full ownership of their proprietary business data. HDS guarantees that all processing occurs within our secure, dual-jurisdiction infrastructure (UAE/Switzerland) as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
4. Limitation of Liability
HDS is not liable for market fluctuations or external supply chain disruptions. Our liability is limited strictly to the service fees paid within the preceding six-month period.
